Democratic candidate forum...

Several GFDW members, and friends of GFDW, were on hand to see the candidate forums today at Fort Valley State University. Carlotta Harrell of the Southern Crescent Club (Clayton/Henry)attended and asked several questions. Spring Rosati of the Flint River Club (Macon County area) and Kristina Simms represented Middle Georgia Democratic Women's Club and GFDW. Our friend Patty James Bentley of Taylor County was one of the planners of the event. We're hoping to get a club started over her way one day soon! The forum for the gubernatorial candidates was best attended, and even though attendance dropped off somewhat after that forum,due to a parade taking place on campus, the other forums were spirited and interesting.
