The GFDW Board, along with some club leaders, met at Arts Clayton,Jonesboro, on Saturday, January 24th. Representatives from the following counties were present: Cobb, DeKalb, Fayette, Forsyth, Clayton, and Houston. Some of our board members are still recovering from a trip to the Inauguration ! Senator Gail Buckner, on behalf of the Southern Crescent Democratic Women's Club, surprised us with a treat of homemade vegetable soup and a delicious "death-by-chocolate" dessert.
