Welcome, Democratic Women of Forsyth County! The Forsyth County Club has voted to affiliate with the Georgia Federation. Mary Chatfield is currently the chair. Piedmont Democratic Women (Gwinnett, Barrow, and Warrencounties) have held their organizational meeting and will be electing officers soon. Cobb County Democratic Women have a new president, Connie Taylor. Cobb will host the fall state meeting of GFDW, with Beverly McMurray as chair, on Saturday, November 8. Houston County Democrats, with the help of some members of the Middle Georgia Democratic Women will have a picnic and candidate fair at Rozar Park in Perry GA on April 26 from 11a until 2p. MGDWC also plans to have three voter education projects.
